The planning service
Free Vegas Party Planner offers planning help for adults arranging Las Vegas celebrations. There is no planning fee. Activities, tickets, reservations, transportation, and other services you choose are charged separately. No payment is taken through this website.
Age and participation
This service is intended for adults age 21 and older. Every participating guest must meet the age, identification, clothing, and participation requirements for anything selected.
Inquiries are not reservations
Submitting a form does not reserve an experience, lock in a price, guarantee a venue, or create a confirmed booking. Availability, inclusions, capacity, price, and the booking process must be confirmed before you pay.
Separate booking terms
The confirmed terms for each activity or service govern payment, cancellations, refunds, changes, and participation. Read those terms before booking. The planning site does not replace them or promise exceptions.
Information and imagery
Information describes the planning service and the types of experiences available for discussion. Confirm current details for your selected date. Some imagery is illustrative and should not be treated as a photograph of a specific booked outing or a guarantee of its itinerary.
Your submitted details
Provide accurate contact and planning information and submit only details you are entitled to share. Do not use this site to send spam, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
